Due to the nature of our offerings and the accessibility of our products almost immediately upon purchase, there is a strict 30-day return policy, which begins on the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after this period or after all services are rendered.
To request a refund, please email AlphaCarBuyingAuthority@gmail.com after ensuring that the request does not violate our Terms of Use. Please provide your reason for the refund request and the amount requested.
Once your request is received, we will notify you by email that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our policies.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as soon as possible. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
